After completing formal education in Accounting and Business Management, Bipan held the position of Accounts & Office Manager at Martin Plumbing Limited, followed by his role as Group Accounts Manager at R&G Trucking Limited, where he managed financial operations for multiple companies and led human resources and administration functions.

Bipan is also a Registered Tax Intermediary with Inland Revenue New Zealand, providing trusted tax compliance and advisory services to individuals and businesses.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business/Management, with professional certifications in leading financial and operational systems, including:

After moving to New Zealand, Bikash joined SBS Transport Limited in the accounts department, where he gained practical experience with New Zealand accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry-specific financial practices. This experience helped him transition effectively into the local finance sector, deepening his understanding of compliance frameworks and operational requirements.
